Is your organisation oozing respect?
Does your team respect you? Do you respect them? Are people acknowledged when they walk into a room or pass by in the corridor? If you don't have respect in your workplace what does that say about your organisation and the people in it! Respect costs nothing, its not an expense in the accounts; disrespect cannot be an acceptable part of the culture as it then impacts on the atmosphere and lives.
Show respect even to people who don't deserve it; not as a reflection of their character, but as a reflection of yours (D.Willis).
